Passenger-only safety requirement
MotionCalm is designed only for passengers. Do not use it while driving, cycling, operating a vehicle, or performing any activity that requires your full attention. You are responsible for using the app safely and in accordance with applicable laws.
Not medical advice
MotionCalm is a wellness and visual-guidance tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent motion sickness or any other condition. Results vary by person, seat position, route, and other factors. Stop use and seek professional advice if discomfort worsens, persists, or affects daily life.
Purchases and Pro features
Some features require a Pro purchase. Payment, subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Availability and pricing are shown before purchase. You may restore eligible purchases through the app’s Restore Purchases option.
Acceptable use
You may use MotionCalm for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, or attempt to access the app or related services in an unauthorized way.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. We may also update these Terms; the effective date above indicates the latest revision.
